Self-consumption & custom energy control
When inverter logic runs out of road — bespoke control panels that coordinate batteries, generators and factory processes as one system.
The limit of the OEM solution
Every inverter and battery ships with its own self-consumption logic, and for a house or a small commercial roof it's usually enough. Industrial sites are different: multiple assets from different manufacturers, processes that can flex, tariffs that punish the wrong half-hour — and OEM logic that can only see its own hardware.
Getting real value out of a mixed site means control that sits above the OEM layer and treats the whole site as the system.
Control engineered around your site
ENICO builds the control layer as switchgear-grade panels: BESS control that decides when the battery works and what it works against; generator control that brings sets in and out on real signals; process controls that shift flexible loads — pumps, ventilation, heating plant, drying floors — into the hours that suit the site.
It's the same discipline as everything we build: designed, wired, labelled and tested in our workshop, documented behind a QR code on the door.
One site, one strategy
The gains compound when the pieces stop acting alone: solar feeding process loads before the battery, the battery holding back capacity for the evening peak, the generator as the backstop rather than the habit. That coordination is a design exercise — we start from your tariffs, your processes and your assets, not from a product catalogue.
The safe grid interface
Whatever the control strategy does on site, the grid connection has its rules — export limits under G100, protection under G99. We design the control layer and the compliance layer together, so optimisation never argues with obligation.
Monitoring & verification
Control without measurement is guesswork. The Plantstream monitoring platform closes the loop — consumption, generation and asset behaviour in one place, with IEC 61724-1 Class A-capable solar monitoring where performance needs proving.
